Sprogcast
Sprogcast is a podcast about pregnancy, birth and early parenting, hosted by Karen Hall of @MotherworldlyUK, and Mark Harris, the author of Men, Love & Birth, of @Birthing4Blokes, who made 60 episodes between January 2015 and April 2020.
Its main audience tends to be birth workers and people with adjacent interests: midwives, doulas, antenatal teachers, and lots of people in the world of breastfeeding. Each episode includes one or two interviews with writers, researchers, and people with lived experience, ranging from psychotherapist Philippa Perry on parenting, to midwifery professor Denis Walsh, talking about the place of men in the birth room – and so much more besides.
You can listen to episodes of Sprogcast on Pinter & Martin Radio – see our schedule for details – or listen to individual episodes on demand below, or on your favourite podcast host, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music and Google Play.
